To avoid health risks caused by the outbreak of the epidemic, the conference scheduled for Hangzhou will be cancelled.

All the papers won't be influenced by this alteration. Calling for papers, publishment and indexing issues will be in accordance with the normal process. All the authors' attending right can be reserved to attend other conference.
